About the training:

The training is designed to offer practical advice, support and a range of issues including water sources & uses, water chemistry, water sampling & analysis procedures, industry applications, boiler and cooling water treatment system, reverse osmosis, chemical applications, chemical dosing and control systems and more.

LEARNING OBJECTIVE

• On completion of the training  the participants would be able to :

• Familiarize with main concepts & technical terms of water treatment and will be able to choose the appropriate water treatment process. Know the disadvantages of untreated water and how to avoid it
• Understand in detail the basic concepts of water chemistry, effects of undissolved & dissolved impurities in product & equipments including boilers, heat exchanger.
• To provide basic technical & scientific knowledge about chemical reactions occurred during water treatment
• How to choose the right quality required for process water and understand reasons behind certain types of problems & malfunctioning
• How to choose the right solution for the troubles encountered
• Understand the basic principles of coagulation, flocculation and disinfection processes, and select appropriate processes depending on the nature of impurities to be removed and the intended use of the treated water.
• Comprehend the basic principles of membrane processes and the capabilities/constraints of membrane processes in water treatment applications, and have practical knowledge on the design and operation of these processes.
• Select an appropriate membrane process for a specific application, and be able to identify appropriate pre-treatment and post treatment schemes, and cleaning protocols for these processes.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND SERVICE

Once the system is in operation, Komal is available to service your equipment and provide "hands-on" training, both on-site and at our training facility. Because we manufacture all of the major system components, we understand what it takes to keep the system running efficiently. Even the critical area of automation is handled using only in-house resources. Unlike many suppliers, Komal utilizes own specialist departments for design and construction of control panels and development and writing of the software. Our personnel are available for on-site inspection and start-up of the equipment. During the start-up process we provide complete classroom and hands-on training sessions. System operation and preventative maintenance requirements are discussed in detail. A start-up is not complete until you are satisfied with the training we provide to your personnel.

VALIDATION
Buying from a sole source also simplifies validation. Komal supplies pharmaceutical equipment with a comprehensive validation support package including documentation that may be used for your equipment qualification (EQ), installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ). The recommended operating ranges for each component are provided to establish alert and action limits. These recommended operating limits should be an integral part of the action plans in the OQ. Komal supports the customer during the PQ phase of validation by scheduling periodic visits or teleconferences to review the validation process.
