Komal manufactures Standard DM Plants of smaller Capacity and Custom built units in higher capacities. Our 'K' series of Two bed Demineralisers are available from 30 lit/hr to 1400 lit/hr in Plastics construction. 'D' series are Mixed bed to get better purity of Treated Water.

Both Two bed and Mixed Bed DM plants are also available in more sturdy construction of M.S.R.L for higher flow rate and capacity. Our standard unit can be connected to Multigrade Sand Filter, Activated Carbon filter as a pre-treatment.

For special application like pharma unit we have a complete systems which includes Raw Water Pumps, Multigrade Filters, Activated Carbon Filter, Two bed Demineraliser, Mixed bed Column, Micron filters and Ultraviolet disinfectant with recirculation loop to control the microbes.

Because the plant is compact and all the working parts are accessible from the front, the plant can be installed almost anywhere. The machine is assembled on a steel Channel for ease of transportation and installation. The controls are solid state for reliability and include a digital conductivity meter and flow totalisers/meter.

Our KPL range of units are fully automatic using individual valves of the highest quality with microprocessor controls to facilitate the regeneration process. Our fully automatic DM plants covers the flow rates from 2000 lit/hr to 10,000 lit/hr and more.

Komal manufacture complete system to meet very special applications for the Research lab. and electronic industries. Water produced will meet the standards like CAP, ASTM, USP, NSST etc. Standard units having flowrate of 8/30/90 lit/hr. are readily available. Units are microprocessor based controlled with replaceable cartridges.
